companies this year that were honored with this distinction offer many other

companies for instance keep beer fridges in their offices.  Some other perks that have been offered at
these companies include onsite fitness centers, stress-relief breaks, game
rooms, casual dress codes, and even the option to bring your pet to work.  

These attractive workplace benefits have many upsides for
the company offering them.  When it comes
to a competitive job market, these perks will help your company stand out from
the rest when recruiting talent.  It is
also important to make sure that these benefits help employees do their job as
efficiently as possible.  You do not want
to just focus solely on what benefits might be trendy for the moment, but
instead at ones that will help the company in the long run.  Stevens has said that employees at The
Predictive Index rarely take too much time off, and sometimes a manager will
even encourage them to take a little time for themselves.
