Marty Molloy
President

Rooted in an ethic of service to others, Marty Molloy is currently the President of Tamman, Inc., a digital accessibility consultancy. Whether it is in the realm of
technology, politics, non-profits, or education, he has a proven track record of  bringing human-centered common sense and creative solutions to tackle challenges faced by systems, organizations, and individuals.

Prior to joining Tamman, Marty spent most of his career building partnerships and developing workforce development opportunities with YouthBuild Philadelphia, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, Greater Philadelphia Cares and Project H.O.M.E. Having established model partnerships with Starbucks, Thaddeus Stevens College, the Community College of Philadelphia, FTI, and more, he has been recognized as a national leader in curriculum building, post-secondary education and vocational training by YouthBuild USA, The Gates Foundation and Jobs For the Future.

Marty grew up in Berwyn, PA earning his BA in Political Science at Mary Washington College, his MPA from California State University, Northridge and the professional Ascending Leaders Certificate from NELI at Bryn Mawr College.

Marty and Meredith, his wife of 21 years, live in Wallingford, PA with their two wonderful children Elise (16) and Luke (14) where Marty serves as a Township Commissioner for Nether Providence. An outdoor enthusiast, he spends his spare time outside, biking, kayaking, or hiking.
